NIREUS SA announces the following changes to senior executives which are combined with a reorganization of some major departments of the Company:
1.  An Aquaculture department is formed which includes the departments of Aquaculture Production, Ixchthyopathology and the Technical department.  Mr. Miltiades Chatzimanolakis is appointed as director.
Mr. Miltiades Chatzimanolakis works for NIREUS since 7.5.2007.  He holds a degree in Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a postgraduate degree in Computing and Computer Modelling, Supply Chain Management and Business Administration,  He has 25 years of professional experience most of which is in managerial positions in Logistics and Production Management.
2.  A Supply Chain Management department is formed which includes the departments of Logistics, Purchasing and Innovation-Industrial Restructuring.  Mrs. Christina Karagianni is appointed as director.
Mrs. Karagianni works for NIREUS since 3.10.2011.  She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from National Technical University and a postgraduate degree in Food Technology and Quality Assurance from the University of Reading.  She has 20 years of professional experience and has been Purchasing Manager in Greek and multinational companies.
3.  A Legal and Corporate Affairs department is formed which includes the departments of Human Resources and Legal Services.  Mr. Maria Lambrinou is appointed as director.
Mrs. Maria Lambrinou works as a lawyer for NIREUS since 1.5.1996.  She hold a Law degree from the University of Athens and has participated in legal and business education programs.
The above executives also participate in the Executive Committee of the Group.
The above changes are part of the design of the Management to continuously improve the productivity and the performance of the company and the appointment of competent staff that will enhance the progress of its business and will respond to the challenges of the market conditions.
