• Annual General Assembly of Shareholders: Tuesday, 14 May 2013
• Ex-dividend Date: Wednesday, 22 May 2013
• Shareholders entitled to the dividend 2012: Friday, 24 May 2013 (record date)
• The dividend payment will start on: Thursday, 30 May 2013
