The company ΜLS Multimedia S.A in accordance with paragraph 4.1.3.6 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, article 10 paragraph 1 of the law 3340/2005 and article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces to the investing public that the BoD of the company, during its meeting on March  14th 2013,  decided the appointment of Mrs Christina Zacharia as Internal auditor .
