In response to a relevant request for listed companies from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, “S&B Industrial Minerals S.A.” (the “Company”) clarifies the following:

(a) The Cyprus-based companies of S&B Group “Cape Trahilas Enterprises Ltd”, “Cape Trahilas One Ltd” and “Cape Trahilas Two Ltd” maintains  bank accounts with balances, as of March 15, 2013, of €133,116.00, €183.00, and €3,148.00 respectively, in “Cyprus Bank” in Cyprus. Apart from the above, no other company of the S&B Group maintains any bank account in “Bank of Cyprus” or “CPB” in Cyprus. 
   
(b) No company of S&B Group holds securities of the Cyprus banks “Cyprus Bank” or “CPB”.

(c) No company of S&B Group, including the Cyprus-based «Sibimin Overseas Ltd.», «Cape Trahilas Enterprises Ltd.», «Cape Trahilas One Ltd.» and «Cape Trahilas Two Ltd.» has any sales or operates whatsoever in the internal market of Cyprus. Therefore, no impact is expected on the financial position and performance of the Company and the S&B Group from the recent developments.
