ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2013 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

HERACLES G.C.C. with the purpose of providing proper, valid and timely information to investors and in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2013:

-          Date of announcing the Annual Financial Results of 2012: Tuesday March 26, 2013 (after the end of trading session of Athens Stock Exchange).

-          Date of publishing the Annual Financial Results of 2012: Wednesday March 27, 2013.

-          Date of Annual Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly: Thursday June 27, 2013.

-          No dividend will be distributed for the year 2012.

HERACLES G.C.C. reserves the right to alter the above dates, after promptly informing investors by amending the present.
