PROLONGATION OF THE CAPACITY TO ACT AS MARKET MAKER

The company “VIOHALCO, HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM

INDUSTRY, S.A.”, listed in the Athens Exchange, (the “Issuer”) would like

to inform the investors that,  after a relevant application of the company

ALPHA FINANCE SECURITIES, the Board of Directors of the Athens

Exchange, following its resolution dated 21.02.2013, approved that the

company ALPHA FINANCE SECURITIES could continue to act in its

capacity as Market Maker of the “Issuer's” shares, for one (1) more year,

namely from 11.03.2013 until 10.03.2014.
