In the context of accurate, reliable and timely information to investing public and according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the company “ELGEKA S.A. Trade – Distributions – Representations – Industry” announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2013:

1) Date of release of Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2012 (01/01/2012 – 31/12/2012): Thursday, March 28^th 2013 (after the end of trading of Athens Stock Exchange).

2) Date of publish of Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2012 (01/01/2012 -31/12/2012): Friday, March 29^th 2013.

3) Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Tuesday, June 25^th 2013.

It is noted that the Board of Directors of the Company intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2012.

The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, if it informs in time the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.

The Company notes that the releases of Financial Statements of the Parent Company and the ELGEKA Group will take place after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange Market, on its website (www.elgeka.gr), which has been registered lawfully on the G.C.R., and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.ase.gr) and they will published to the relevant supervisory authorities in the next day.
