REPLY TO CAPITAL MARKET COMMITTEE ENQUIRIES

HERACLES G.C.C. in reply to Capital Market Committee enquiry with ref. no 1257/27-03-2013 and in order to inform investors, announces the following:

a) The Company and the Group have no deposits in Cyprus, in Bank of Cyprus and CPB.

b) The Company and the Group do not own securities or financial instruments in the above mentioned banks.

c) The Company and the Group did not execute sales in Cyprus during 2012 and therefore their turnover is not affected.
