Reply to questions from the Capital Market Commission

In response to a relevant question posed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as regards to possible activities of the Company in Cyprus, NIREUS SA informs the investing public that the Company:

  1. Has no deposits at the Bank of Cyprus and/ or CPB inCyprus
  2. Has no financial exposure in securities or other financial instruments issued by the above banks
  3. Did not generate any revenues fromCyprusin the financial year 2012
  4. Does not expect any impact on its financial results.
