The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. Ataroglou Pantelis executive member of the Board of Directors transferred to mr.John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Wednesday February 13, 2013,  30.000 shares of a total value of € 81.000 .

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
