SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces to investors that Mr. Nikolaos Varsamis has assumed the position of the BoD Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Varsamis was born in 1963. He possesses a bachelor in Engineering from Democritus University. He has worked as an engineer for CITROEN as well as for other large enterprises. From 1989 and thereafter he is activated in Bulgaria, initially as a technical manager of Greek companies with presence in the Balkan area and during the last decade by developing his enterprises mainly in the real estate sector.
