The company "HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS SA OPERATING DUTY FREE SHOPS AND INDUSTRIAL, MANUFACTURING, TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SA" under the trade name «FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP» wishes to inform that on 12.06.2012 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders, decided among other issues to change its name to «FOLLI FOLLIE SA»

The Ministry of Development with its decision No K-5 to 1383 / 04.11.2013  approved the amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company. The Athens Exchange has also been advised on the above decision during its meeting dated 03.06.2013.

In light of the above, according to the company's resolution, as from 07.06.2013, the name of the company on the Athens Exchange will be changed to « FOLLI FOLLIE S.A. » " under the trade name «FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP»
