John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors onTuesday 18.12.2012, decreased to 59.94% (7.442.965 shares) from 63.12% (7.833.146 shares ) he held on 13.12.2011(date of last notification to HCMC).

The previous day 17.12.2012 mr. John Kamatakis held 60.18% (7.472.965 shares) of MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.
