Athens, February 5, 2013 -  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces , according to the notification  received from  ALPHA BANK A.E. (hereinafter ALPHA BANK) on February 4, 2013, that ALPHA BANK on February 1, 2013  acquired indirectly 8.782.305 shares of the Company, corresponding to a percentage of 2,72 % of voting rights, as a result of the acquisition of Emporiki Bank by Alpha Bank, Emporiki Bank being the direct holder of above shares and the relevant voting rights.

Therefore, the total percentage of voting rights of the issuer held, directly and indirectly, by Alpha Bank, changed from 7,55%  to 10,27%.
