Response to the letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

In response to Hellenic Capital Market Commission's letter with protocol number 564/05.02.2013, as regards press articles, VIOHALCOS.A.informs the investment public that within the framework of securing financing of investment plans of its subsidiaries, it explores proposals from consultants in order to gain better access to the international capital markets. This announcement has been prepared following relevant request from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
