M.J. MAILLIS SA announces that Mr. Mark Köllmann, Vice chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, is leaving the Group, effective June 10, 2013 after two years of service during a very critical period for the Group and will be replaced by the Group Chief of Operations, Mr. Ioannis Lentzos, in his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of the Group.

Mr. Lentzos has been with the Group for 11 years now and has a deep understanding of the Group's strategy, its management structure, its business potential and the industry trends.
