2013 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

SIDENOR S.A., pursuant to its disclosure obligations to the investment community and in accordance to Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces the following Program of Intended Corporate Actions:  

Wednesday February 27, 2013 (after the end of trade session): Announcement, Publication and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results.

Thursday February 28, 2013: Briefing of analysts (conference call) regarding the financial results of the company.

Tuesday May 21, 2013: Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Annual 2012 Financial results of the company.

Thursday June 13, 2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2012.
