1. Annual Financial Statements for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year 2012 will be released on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 and published on Wednesday, February 27, 2013.

2. Briefing of analysts in Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association concerning the financial results of 2012 will take place on Tuesday, May 14, 2013.

3. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2013. 4. Company's Board of Directors will propose not to distribute dividend for fiscal year 2012.
