Athens, February 15, 2013 - Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces, according to the notification received from The Seaport Group LLC, Delaware on February 13 2013, that The Seaport Group Europe LLP, which is a subsidiary of the Seaport Financial Europe Ltd, that is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Seaport Group LLC, Delaware, acquired on February 8, 2013, 27.008.352 shares issued by the Company, which correspond to  a percentage of approximately 8,36% of voting rights. As a result, the percentage of voting rights held directly by The Seaport Group Europe LLP and indirectly by each of  the Seaport Financial Europe Ltd  and  The Seaport Group LLC, Delaware changed from 0% to 8,36% approximately.
