2013 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

MLS Multimedia S.A.,  in accordance to Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation announces the following 2013  Financial Calendar:  

Thursday March 28, 2013 (before the start of trade session): Announcement, Publication and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results.

Wednesday May 15, 2013: Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Annual 2012 Financial results of the company.

Friday June 28, 2013: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2012.
