Financial Calendar 2012

As part of its responsibilities under the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the management of the company “ANEK SA“ announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2012, which consists of the following:

 
Announcement of the Annual Financial Results FY 2012 : Friday  29/03/13
Annual Ordinary Shareholders Meeting :  Saturday  09/06/13

No dividend distribution will take place for the FY 2012.

Press release will be  disseminated  after closing of the Athens Exchange trading session and together with the Financial Data and Information as well as the Financial Statements under IFRS will be available at the company's website (www.anek.gr) and the Athens Exchange website(www.athex.gr).
