Athens, February 25, 2013 -  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces , according to the notification  received from  the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA (hereinafter "NBG" ) on February 25, 2013, that NBG on February 20, 2013  acquired indirectly  33.983.555  shares of the Company, corresponding to a percentage of 10,52% of voting rights, as a result of the acquisition of a percentage of 84,35% of Eurobank, through a takeover bid process.

Therefore, the total percentage of voting rights of the Company held, directly and indirectly, by NBG, changed from 7,92% to  18,44%.
