FINANCIAL RESULTS

SIDENOR S.A. informs the investment community that that it will release and publish its Q1 2013 Financial Results on Wednesday May 29, 2013, after the end of ATHEX trade session. It is noted that the Interim Financial Statements under IFRS for the period 1/1/2013 – 31/3/2013 will be published on the company's website www.sidenor.gr, as well as on the ATHEX website www.athex.gr.

On Thursday May 30, 2013 there will be an analyst conference call regarding these results.
