2013 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

VIOHALCO, HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY, S.A. following its obligations, according to the paragraphs 4.1.2 (1b) and 4.1.4.3.1. of the ATHEX Regulation announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2012, which is as follows:

-         Thursday March 7, 2013 (after the end of the trade session):

Announcement and comments on the Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results.

-         Friday March 8, 2013:

Publication of the Annual Financial Statements (Parent and Consolidated), for the Fiscal Year 2012.

-         Tuesday May 23, 2013:

Annual briefing of Analysts, regarding the Financial Results of the company.

-         Friday June 14, 2013:

Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders.

No dividend will be distributed, by the company, for the year 2012.
