The Management of F.G. EUROPE S.A. announces that the Board of Directors decided to acquire the remaining 10% stake in R.F. ENERGY S.A., held by the company MAKMORAL TRADING LIMITED owned by Mr. Georgios Fidakis. After obtaining this rate, F.G. EUROPE S.A. becomes owner of 50% stake in R.F. ENERGY S.A.. This transaction will be submitted for approval at the next Annual General Assembly of the shareholders.
