The company MLS Multimedia S.A. in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 announces that the stake in the   company of mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Tuesday 21.05.2013, decreased to 56.56% (7.023.040 shares) from 59.94% (7.442.965 shares ) he held on 18.12.2012(date of last notification to HCMC).

The previous day 20.05.2013 mr John Kamatakis held 59.06% (7.333.465 shares) of MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.
