(hereafter the “Company”) announces, in accordance with article 3.1.2.3 (par. b) of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, that as a result of the tender offer launched by Delphi Luxembourg Holdings S.A.R.L. on 30.1.2013, as of 15.5.2013 the participation of shareholders with shares representing less than 5% of the Company's share capital (free float shares), is 4.62%.
