METKA S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Ioannis Mytilineos, Chairman and Managing Director, sold, on May 24^th, 2013 7,600 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 85,632.20. On May 27^th, 2013 Mr. Ioannis Mytilineos sold 750 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 8,495.00 and on May 28^th, 2013 Mr. Ioannis Mytilineos sold 6,650 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 73,526.70. The aforementioned transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
