COMMENT ON PRESS REFERENCE

Euromedica's management, following today's press reference in a website, confirms that it is in discussions with strategic financial investor. The benefits from the entrance of the strategic investor are expected to be multiple both as regards Group's liquidity, as well as the expansion of its operations in Greece and internationally.

However at this stage those discussions are at an early stage and there is no final agreement.

For any development on this issue, the Company will promptly inform the investing public and the supervising authorities as required by the relevant legislation.
