Under the provisions of article 10, par. 1 of L. 3340/2008 and article 2, par. b of the decision 3/347/12-07-2005 of the Board of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, "ELGEKA S.A." informs the investing public that today, Tuesday, May 14, 2013, proceeded to the purchase of 6.355 shares of the subsidiary company under the name "VIOTROS - FOOD INDUSTRY - MANUFACTURING AND MILK PROCESSING - WAREHOUSING - INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL S.A" that correspond to 10% of the total its share capital, thereby increasing its participation percentage in the specific company to 90% from 80% it had before, while the total price of the purchased shares amounted to 189.475,00 euro. 

It is noted that the total Share Capital of the company "VIOTROS S.A." amounts to 1.906.500,00 euro, divided into 63.550 shares with a nominal value of 30.00 euro each.
