CORRECTION: ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

M.J. Maillis SA  announces that on June 10, 2013,the Board of Directors elected Mr. Dimitrios Kouvatsos, the Group's CFO, as its new member, in replacement of Mr. Mark Kollmann, Vice chairman of the Board and CEO, who left the Company and was reformed in body as follows: 

  1. Michael I. Maillis:Chairman of the Board – Non executive member
  2. Ioannis Lentzos: Executive Member - Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
  3. Dimitrios Kouvatsos: Executive Member – CFO
  4. LitoIoannidou: - Independent Non-Executive Member
  5. Michael Kokkinos:Independent Non-Executive Member
  6. Michael Panagis: Non-Executive Member
  7. Stylianos Stavridis: Independent Non-Executive Member
  8. Faidon Stratos: Independent Non-Executive Member
  9. Petros T. Tzannetakis: Independent Non-Executive Member

Also, Mr. Kouvatsos was re-appointed in charge of the Investor Relations Department, which includes the Shareholder Department and the Company's Announcement Entity.
