The company MLS Multimedia S.A. announces that mr. John Kamatakis President and Chairman of the Board of Directors on Thursday  April 4, 2013, bought 2.250 shares of a total value of € 6.084,86 .

The  announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 .
