Athens, April 25, 2013 -  Pursuant to Article 14 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, “M.J. MAILLIS SA – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces , according to the notification  received from  the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA (hereinafter "NBG" ) on April 23, 2013, that its affiliate Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (hereinafter “Eurobank”) on April 22, 2013  signed an agreement for the acquisition of 15.290.079   shares of the Company, the transactions clearing date being April 25, 2013.

Therefore, the total percentage of voting rights of the Company held, directly and indirectly, by NBG, changed from 18,44% to 23,18%.
