EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A., ιn accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, announces that the shareholder of our company Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, has informed us with a letter, that the associated with him legal entities LAMBADA S.A. PANAMA and TAMMY EQUITIES S.A. transferred the total amount of shares owned by them, 1.490.000 shares or 5,41% and 1.400.000 shares or 5,09% respectively to:

  1. Antonia Georgapoulou 1.200.000 shares
  2. Helen Georgapoulou 1.100.000 shares
  3. Christos Georgakopoulos 590.000 shares

As a result the total number of shares and voting rights he owns directly and indirectly equals to 6.029.016 shares or 21,92% analyzed as follows:

  1. Christos Georgakopoulos 1.457.122 shares or 5,30%
  2. Antonia Georgapoulou 1.882.344 shares or 6,84%
  3. Helen Georgapoulou 1.749.832 shares or 6,36%
  4. Xrysanthi Georgapoulou 939.718 shares or 3,42%
