SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces to investors that the company's request for granting a temporary order (no 1111/26.04.2013) in the light of the submitted appeal (no 1490/2013) against the decision no 8552/2013 of the Court of Thessalonica, was discussed today in front of the Three Membered Court of Appeal of Thessalonica. The Court of Appeal accepted the above request of the company and the guarantors Mr. Athanasios Hatzioannou and Mr. Savvas Hatzioannou, based on which any personal prosecution from any kind of creditor is forbidden. Indicatively, it was forbidden to receive and execute pending measures as well as non-individual mandatory execution, until a decision is issued on the appeal submitted (no 1490/25.04.2013) by the company and the guarantors, against the above decision of the Court if Thessalonica, and under the term that the appeal will be discussed on September 23, 2013 10:00 am, as it has already been set.  

The company will inform investors for any further developments.
