SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces to investors that the company's request for entry in a restructuring procedure and reception of precaution measures (no 436/2013), according to the provisions of article 99 Law 3588/2007, as it is replaced and valid to date, was overruled based on decision no 8552/2013 of the court of Thessalonica.

The company intends to submit an appeal concerning the above decision, as it believes that the causes of overruling can be reversed in front of the court of appeal, in order for the request to be accepted as to guarantee the company's viability, the interest of employees and shareholders as well as to ensure protection against its creditors. The management believes that through the restructuring procedure, the company will achieve its reorganization and the smooth continuation of its operation.
