PANAMA associated with the Managing Director Mr. Christos Ioannis Georgakopoulos, on 10^th April 2013 transferred to Mrs Antonia Georgapoulou, closely associated with the Managing Director Mr. Christos Ioannis Georgakopoulos, 1.200.000 common shares of the Company of total value € 121.280,00.
