IASO SA, according to article 4.1.4.3.1. of the HCMC's rulebook, announces the amendment of its Financial Calendar for fiscal year 2013, regarding the date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders initially set for 21.6.2013. The new date on which the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders will be held is 20.6.2013.

The Company announces also an amendment regarding the date of the Investor's – Analyst's Briefing initially set for 05.6.2013. The new date on which the Investor's – Analyst's Briefing will be held is 13.6.2013.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investing public by amending the present.
