Participation in the Share Capital Increase of a subsidiary company

SIDENOR SA informs the investment community that following relevant decisions of the competent bodies proceeded to a share capital increase in its fully subsidiary SIDENOR STEEL INDUSTRY S.A. to strengthen its capital structure, by euro 5,500,000, in cash.

As a result of the afore mentioned share capital increase, the new share capital of SIDENOR STEEL INDUSTRY S.A. stands at euro 3,265,245.00, divided into 483,740 common registered shares with a nominal value of euro 6.75 each, while the new share premium reserves will stand at euro 5,563,807.78. It is noted that SIDENOR SA participates in the said subsidiary with 100%.
