The company DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA (hereinafter “the Company”) announces the signing of a preliminary agreement for the sale of all its shares in the company EVANGELISMOS MATERNITY-GYNECOLOGICAL HOSPITAL LTD, which has the controlling interest of EVANGELISMOS Hospital (hereinafter “the Hospital”) in Paphos, Cyprus, to main associate physicians of the Hospital.  The transaction is subject to the Buyers obtaining the necessary approvals from their lending bank, at which time the Company will issue a detailed announcement.
