“S&B Industrial Minerals S.A.” (S&B) announces pursuant to L. 3556/2007, as it stands in effect, and the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee that the shareholder “SCR – SIBELCO NV” informed S&B on 23/05/2013, that the 10.216.963 S&B shares it possessed through its custodian FORTIS BANK N.V. SA., was transferred to Delphi Luxembourg Holdings S.A.R.L. on 15.05.2013 in the context of the latter's mandatory tender offer launched on 30.01.2013.

After the above transaction SCR – SIBELCO NV holds 0% of S&B's share capital and the corresponding voting rights, compared to 19.02% referred into its last notification on 12/12/2011.  The shares transferred on 15/05/2013 by SCR-Sibelco NV represent 19.96% of S&B's share capital and corresponding voting rights.
