We inform you that on June 14^th, 2013, the Board of Directors of our Company met and after taking into consideration the resolutions of the General Meeting elected its Presidium and established its composition as follows:

1.- Ioannis Batsolas, Chairman, executive member.
2.- Konstantinos Laios, Vice-President, non-executive member.
3.- Nikolaos Galetas, independent non-executive member
4.- Ioannis Stavropoulos, executive member.
5.- Alexios Alexiou, executive member.
6.- Georgios Stergiopoulos, executive member.
7.- Andreas Kyriazis, independent non-executive member.
8.- Wiedenmann Rudolf, non-executive member.
9.- Mikhail Diakoyiannis, non-executive member.
10.-Andreas Katsanos, non-executive member
11.-Ronald Gee, non-executive member.
12.-Iakovos Georganas, non-executive member.
The term of office of the above new members of the Board of Directors shall commence on the next day after their election and shall end on the date of convention of the Ordinary General Meeting in 2014.
