S&B Industrial Minerals, Mining, Quarring, Industrial, Commercial, Tourist, Shipping, Engineering, Joint-Stock Company (the “Company”) announces to the public that, as it has been informed by members of the Kyriacopoulos family (the “Shareholders”) and the company under the trade name DELPHI LUXEMBOURG HOLDINGS S.À R.L. (the “Offeror”), and following the announcement dated January 30^th, 2013 regarding the mandatory tender offer launched by the Offeror for the acquisition of  all the Company shares,  all the required administrative approvals by the Hellenic Competition Commission, as well as the respective antitrust authorities of Germany and the Ukraine  have been received.
