S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to L. 3556/2007 and L.3340/2005, in combination with Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that

1)  BAYEUX INVESTMENT TRUST, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Robert Champion de Crespigny, non-executive member of the BoD, sold on 23/04/2013 3,332 common S&B shares for a total value of € 19,325.60.

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Robert Champion de Crespigny, under his capacity as Member of the Board of Directors.

2)  Mr. IOANNIS PANIARAS sold on 18/04/2013, 25,663 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 148,845.40 .

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Ioannis Paniaras, under his capacity as Global Marketing General Manager.

3)  Mr. NIKOS IOAKIM sold on 18/04/2013, 15,616 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 90,572.80 .

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Nikos Ioakim, under his capacity as Controller.
