SPRIDER STORES announces to investors that it has republished its financial statement and information as well as the interim financial statements for the period from January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2013 since in tables of the financial statements, and specifically in the table of income statement, it was mentioned falsely, that the consolidated aggregate total income after tax formed at losses € 14.153 thou while company aggregate total income after tax formed at losses € 13.046.

After the correct republication of the financial statement and information and of the interim financial statements, consolidated aggregate total income after tax shape at losses € 14.278 thou while company aggregate total income after tax shape at losses € 13.171.

It must be noted that the differentiation comes from a change in tax rates, which burdened consolidated and company aggregate total income after tax by the amount of € 125 thou.
