Announces the Cancellation of its Standard Listing on the London Stock Exchange

Athens, Greece – 29 April 2013 – Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ("Coca‑Cola Hellenic" or the "Company") today announces that, following the application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange and the announcement by Coca-Cola Hellenic on 13 March 2013, the directors of the Company confirm that the listing of the ordinary shares of €1.01 each on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, as well as their admission to trading on the standard listing segment of the London Stock Exchange, have in each case been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 29 April 2013.
