The Company EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A. according  to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005, informs the investing public that following the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2012, conducted by the statutory auditors according to the article. 82 par. 5 of Law 2238/1994, as in force, both Company and its Subsidiaries, issued respectively tax compliance reports with unqualified conclusion.
