Notification of change in voting rights

According to Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Committee, as well as the regulations of the Athens Exchange and following the relevant notification we received from our shareholder COFIDIN S.A., we notify that from August 8, 2013, voting rights of COFIDIN S.A. in the share capital of VIOHALCO S.A.,amount to 13.30% from 5.98%, due to a merger, concurrently, voting rights of our shareholder COFIDILUX S.A., which COFIDIN S.A. absorbed, amounting prior to the merger at 5.17%  were nullified.
