S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the “Issuer”), pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with the relevant decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and according to the relevant notification it received on 13.06.2013, hereby announces to the investors that the company DELPHI LUXEMBOURG HOLDINGS S.ÀR.L. acquired on 11.06.2013, 5,850 ordinary registered shares in S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. with acquisition value €5.80 per share and a total net value of €33,930.00. Additionally, DELPHI LUXEMBOURG HOLDINGS S.ÀR.L. acquired on 12.06.2013, 1,938 ordinary registered shares in S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. with acquisition value €5.80 per share and a total net value of €11,240.40.

DELPHI LUXEMBOURG HOLDINGS S.ÀR.L. submitted the aforesaid notification pursuant to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005 in conjunction with the relevant decisions of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, to the Issuer on 13.06.2013, as legal entity “closely related” to Mr. Odysseus Kyriakopoulos and therefore obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
