Announcement regarding the total voting rights and the amount of share capital of Company, in accordance with L.3556/2007

The company "ELGEKA S.A." announces, in accordance with the article 9, par. 5 of L.3556/2007, that following the completion of its share capital decrease, due to the cancellation of 202.500 own shares, the share capital of the Company amounts to 50.775.248,00 Euros and the total voting rights to 31.734.530 representing equivalent number of common registered shares of nominal value 1,60 Euro each.
